A person who saw it all. Mr Dong is originally from a very remote village 'Soreng' in West Sikkim. He is a living history who remembers historical transitions of The Namgyal giving land to Britishers, British flag coming down and then Sikkim getting merged in India. A generation which witnessed War of 1962, 1965 and 1972, emergency of 1974 and India embracing free market economy in the end of 1990.
